Then one day while driving, they meet with an accident, and Vishal gets hospitalized with serious injuries, and needs surgery. Nisha must come up with money for Vishal's surgery. which she does with the help of her boss (Manmohan). In this way Vishal recovers. Then the family move to Delhi, and go to meet Vishal's friend, Murli (Jalal Agha)'s mom, who recognizes Nisha as the woman who had come to give birth to a child several years ago. Is Murli's mom mistaken, or is Nisha concealing a dark secret from Vishal?
